A high alkaline cleaner is sprayed on any bugs or stubborn debris to break them down for easy removal later. A chemical that reacts to the paint to break down any surface level dirt and debris is then foamed on the vehicle and rinsed off after it sets for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. During this period, your detailer then goes around the vehicle with a soft-bristle brush, getting into all the hard to reach areas and corners that may not be accessible in our contact wash later.
Chemicals include Dark Fury and Koch Chemie's Green Star.

Removes stubborn bugs using a strong cleaner that would otherwise fail to come off in the contact wash.
